I will create a timeline for us to review together a few months before your wedding and will make sure we have thought of everything. On the event day I will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. I will take care of all the details to make sure everything runs smoothly and any issues are quickly managed. My goal is for you to enjoy your day with the confidence that everything behind the scenes is being taken care of.

What is included

01 Pre-Wedding support

leading up to your wedding day, I provide planning support to ensure all the details are covered. Whether you are a couple who has thoughtfully planned every detail already or a couple who has a vision for your wedding but need some guidance to bring it to life, I am here for you!

02 wedding day timeline

I will work with you to create a timeline for your wedding day. traditional or modern, structured or casual, we will find a flow that works for you.

03 Rehearsal assistance

I will lead the rehearsal to ensure everyone is prepared for the big day.

04 on-site coordination for your entire wedding day

From venue opening to sundown, I will be there for it all.

05 Set up and tear down

I will make sure your venue is picture-perfect during setup and I will assist with tear down at the end of the night.

06 Use of my emergency kit

From bobby pins and hairspray to scissors and ribbon, if you have a last minute need, check with me for a solution!

07 vendor Liaison

A week before your wedding, I will communicate with each vendor to ensure they have everything they need. I will also be their primary contact on the wedding day for any last minute questions or changes.

Where are you based?

I am based in Whatcom County. If you have a need for wedding coordination outside that area, I may be able to travel depending on my availability!

Do you do wedding planning?

I am not offering full wedding planning at this time. I do, however, provide add on services such as extra staff and vendor recommendations if you find yourself needing a little extra assistance.

What is your experience with problem solving?

Problem solving and critical thinking is a huge part of being an event coordinator. I do not easily get flustered and love the challenge of quickly finding unique solutions to any problems that may arise. My primary goal is to allow the wedding couple to have complete peace of mind on their special day.

After I book, what are the next steps to working together?

Depending on the date of your wedding, we can meet as soon as you would like or as late as a month or two before your wedding. Need some extra help with your timeline? Lets meet and talk it through! Getting to know you allows me to tailor your wedding day to your unique personalities and priorities. I am always available for unlimited texts, calls, and emails leading up to your wedding day and you will have access to my online planning document where you will see how I am keeping track of the details for your big day.

Kaitlyn was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely fantastic! She is easy to communicate with, very adaptive and really made sure everything ran amazingly smooth. She took care of everything for us at the venue on the day of, including table set up, and was able to take our vision and execute it perfectly! She worked really well with our venue and coordinated the day of logistics with all of our vendors perfectly. We heard nothing but great things about her from both the venue and the vendors the day after!
