Kaitlyn was, without a doubt, the best “vendor” we had for our wedding. She is an incredible listener, planner, organizer, problem-solver, and support system. She was everything I could have hoped for in a day-of coordinator, and so much more!! Her support went far beyond the wedding day itself. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she patiently answered all of my last-minute questions (even the silly, stress-induced ones) with kindness, reassurance, and genuine care. She helped me feel calm, prepared, and confident in our timeline. When our wedding day finally arrived, I truly didn’t worry about a single thing. That’s saying a lot because I’m a huge worry wart. Kaitlyn worked seamlessly with our family, friends, and every vendor to make sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy our day. One moment that perfectly sums up how amazing she is was when I realized I had completely forgotten all of the decorations for our sweetheart table. Without hesitation, Kaitlyn gathered random décor, found a bed sheet we had literally used for moving, and somehow transformed it into a sweetheart table that looked even better than what I had originally planned. I was absolutely blown away by her creativity and resourcefulness. Another perfectly defining moment was right before the ceremony when my groom was clearly nervous. Without him saying a word, she read the room, grabbed him a beer, and helped calm his nerves. It was such a small gesture that meant so much to him. Beyond her incredible talent as a coordinator, Kaitlyn is genuinely kind, warm, and caring. She has a way of making you feel completely supported throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s just as important to them as it is to you, Kaitlyn is that person. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Kaitlyn.
