So much more than just a day-of coordinator. I will be there in your early planning stages to learn about you as a couple and how you envision your day. I will create a timeline for us to review together a few months before your wedding and will make sure we have thought of everything. On the event day I will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. I will take care of all the details to make sure everything runs smoothly and any issues are dealt with quickly and smoothly. My goal is for you to enjoy your day with the confidence that everything behind the scenes is being taken care of.

What is included

01 Pre-Wedding support

leading up to your wedding day, I provide planning support to ensure all the details are covered. I also provide vendor recommendations!

02 wedding day timeline

I will create a timeline for your wedding day based on your vision. We will review it together a month or two before the event.

03 Rehearsal assistance

I will lead the rehearsal (or co-lead with your officiant) to ensure everyone is prepared for the big day.

04 on-site coordination for up to 12 hours

I will be there to make sure your day runs smoothly and according to schedule. I will take care of any issues so you don't have to.

05 Set up and tear down

I will make sure your venue is picture-perfect during setup and I will assist with tear down at the end of the night.

06 Use of my emergency kit

From bobby pins and hairspray to scissors and string, if you have a last minute need, check with me for a solution!

07 vendor Liaison

I will communicate with each vendor to ensure they have everything they need. I will also be their primary contact on the wedding day for any last minute questions or changes.

Where are you based?

I am based in Whatcom County. If you have a need for wedding coordination outside that area, I may be able to travel depending on my availability!
(travel fees may apply)

Do you do wedding planning?

I am not offering full wedding planning at this time. I do, however, provide add on services such as extra staff, decor design, and vendor recommendations if you find yourself needing a little extra assistance.

What is your experience with problem solving?

Problem solving and critical thinking is a huge part of being an event coordinator. I do not easily get flustered and love the challenge of quickly finding unique solutions to any problems that may arise. My primary goal is to allow the wedding couple to have complete peace of mind on their special day.

After I book, what are the next steps to working together?

I love to meet each of my couples in person. Getting to know you allows me to tailor your wedding day to your unique relationship and priorities. I am available for unlimited texts, calls, and emails leading up to your wedding day and you will have access to my master planning document where we can all keep track of the details for your big day.

She took care of everything for us at the venue on the day of, including table set up, and was able to take our vision and execute it perfectly! She worked really well with our venue and coordinated the day of logistics with all of our vendors perfectly.
